Lisa Shotton


Intelligent, engaging and knowledgeable, Lisa brings experience and ideas drawn from her 17 years working in the NHS (7 at Board level), and 10 years in the private sector. Having assisted over Fifty NHS Trusts in the past three years, Lisa’s strengths are strategy, IM&T, business transformation, stakeholder & executive-level engagement. Boasting an impressive career that includes operating at Trust Board-level as Director of IM&T, and Director of Strategy for a FTSE100 company, she established High Resolution Consulting to focus on helping NHS Trusts to deliver their strategic ambitions for IM&T.


Paul Walsh

An exceptional NHS information systems consultant, Paul has an impressive track record spanning 19 years working in healthcare technology. A deep understanding of the Health IT market has been developed through a combined experience of 8 years in the NHS and 11 years in the private sector working for industry-leading organisations. Paul has held senior supplier roles within the National Programme for IT including GP strategy development; PACS programme management and bid management. Paul specialises in strategy, procurement, business case development, programme assurance and delivery within healthcare and his most recent experience has been managing multiple EPR & EDM procurements.


Mike Meredith

An exceptional procurement adviser, Mike has an impressive track record spanning over 20 years working in a wide variety of public sector commercial environments. A deep understanding of public sector procurement has been developed through experience in central government and the health sector and through providing bidding advice to private and third sector organisations competing for public sector tenders. Mike has held various senior procurement roles within the Education Department and predecessor organisations. More recently, he has acted as procurement advisor to a range of NHS Foundation Trusts on procurement strategy and on their EPR, PAS,A&E & EDMS procurements. Mike specialises in procurement strategy, market issues and on delivering effective and compliant procurement solutions to complex customer requirements.


Sharron Davis

Articulate and knowledgeable, Sharron has a wealth of experience gained through more than 20 years working in healthcare IT. Having held key roles for Industry leading organisations, she demonstrates a deep understanding of NHS requirements and Trust business needs. Sharron combines a pragmatic approach with excellent analytical and problem solving skills honed in an implementation, support and development environment. Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, she is an engaging presenter and produces high quality documentation including specifications , process maps, sales responses, white papers and user manuals.


Aly Wheatley

Aly is an engaging consultant, with experience gained from working with many NHS Trusts across the UK. Aly is a Prince2 Practitioner, ITIL qualified, and holds a Certificate in Health Informatics. Her strengths include her ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, capturing their valuable input and producing first-class documentation. She has a good, working understanding of the OJEU Procurement process and has assisted with competitive dialogue sessions and contract structuring. Aly also has extensive experience in software implementation programmes including configuration management for a Trust wide EPR implementation.


Zachary Swann

A clinically qualified healthcare IM&T programme manager with a breadth of skills and experience in team management, Zachary has a strong background in large-scale integration system implementations, budget management and senior manager and clinical engagement.

With 22 years’ experience of the sector and an excellent management style, he ensures the very best from his projects, which are completed to the highest standards. He can be relied upon to be searching and questioning and take account of the bigger picture.


Richard Cahn

Richard is an exceptional Programme and Business Manager with 21 years experience in Programme Management, Project Management and Systems Engineering across the entire contract lifecycle.

An expert in implementing Software Engineering Project Control Process Improvements (CMMI/ISO), Richard is highly experienced in P&L management for the sale, development and delivery of contracts ranging from £10s-£100s millions. An excellent communicator with strong negotiation and leadership skills; Richard develops good working relationships with key stakeholders and delivers outstanding savings across programmes with great results.


Ed Beech

With ten years’ experience of healthcare and education, Ed is an accomplished manager who can be relied upon to select high quality expert staff to help customers progress their projects.

He is an exceptional Prince 2 Practitioner and Project Manager for specialist IM&T implementation services and has a background in Mental Health, with a proven track record in bid writing, service development and collaborative projects. Ed makes sure that customers’ requirements are fully understood before proposing candidates and he is instrumental in ensuring that all of our individuals share our values, drive and passion for positive high impact outcomes.


Brigid Constantine

Brigid is a very experienced IT professional with deep knowledge of health care and clinical information systems able to work with clinicians, managers and technologists to develop and implement solutions. She has 10 years NHS National programme for IT London LSP experience, at first as lead for reporting requirements, NHS information standards and clinical informatics, also consulting on medical records management, clinical coding and order communications. She was programme manager for the Information management space then Head of Delivery Services reporting to the LSP Programme manager, across Acute and Community/Mental Health for London and the South. More recently she has worked in the growth team for digital hospital, identifying and developing propositions and responding to bids.

Brigid has formal qualifications in Computer Science, Health Planning and Management and Project and Programme Management. She is a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society and accredited to level 3 in the UK Council for Health Informatics Professions (UKCHIP).

Anthony Brewer

Anthony Brewer has several decades experience in IT, having held senior positions in a Government agency, in DEFRA and in the NHS, including 12 years as Director of IM&T in an Acute Hospital. He is experienced in strategy at national and local level, in change and business service re-configuration, as well as IT service delivery.

Experienced at building and maintaining strong relationships up to and including Board level, Anthony is delivery-focused, specialises in IT-enabled change programmes, and has a talent for ‘making things happen’. Adept at setting up programmes for success, together with appropriate governance, he can also provide programme assurance and ‘trouble-shoot’ when things don’t go as expected. He is also a long-time proponent of ITIL-based IT Service Management.

Kate Mansfield

A Healthcare IT professional with a career spanning over 18 years, Kate’s knowledge and skills draw from her experience in UK, Australia and European markets.  Kate has held strategy roles with government health departments, primary care, and leading healthcare IT suppliers. Her background ranges from developing and implementing EPR software, undertaking global market assessments, producing state-wide healthcare IM&T strategies, and managing local continuity of care projects.   Kate’s strengths lie in her ability to understand detailed requirements in context of the larger picture, and formulate meaningful strategies that result in adoption and change.
